365 Friends of ICST
Who are they?
Besides our beloved benefactors and those who have been bigheartedly
helping the institution, they are those who are willing and generously
pledge to give a sack of rice or more once a year (365 days) in support
of the seminary.
Why rice?
The ICST community is big and, for Filipinos, rice is a basic sustenance.
The concept also follows Mt. 27:55, where the people provided Jesus with
the most basic of things - food.
Will their pledge be limited to this?
Generosity comes in different ways, thus our friends could extend their
support in any kind/manner they wish. Nevertheless, the sack of rice takes
precedence.
How are they to give their pledge?
Together with the pledge form attached in the brochure (which is available
at the seminary), they can deliver the rice directly to the seminary. If
this is impossible, the cash equivalent of a sack of rice may instead be
given, either through the formators or the seminarians. They must specify
that the amount is for the purpose of the 365 Friends of ICST. For
those who cannot personally hand over their cash donation, they may deposit
it in the ICST account (as indicated above). They must, however, inform
the procurator or any of the seminary formators beforehand.
